Companies across all industries are transferring paper files into electronic versions on the computer. It is a necessary process that makes file access and organization easier and more efficient. It also saves massive amounts of space. However, converting from paper into electronic is a time-consuming and tedious project. Armstrong Archives can help with a variety of services.
Document Scanning
Armstrong Archives document scanning service makes it exponentially easier for you to find specific files amongst your records. We offer two different document scanning services: the service bureau solution and the scan on demand solution.
With the service bureau solution, we handle all types of scanning. We will pick up files from your office or home, scan and index them, and store them in our secure database. You will be able to access the files online, and we can put the files on a CD or DVD as a back-up source.
With scan on demand, we will only scan the ones you need. If you store your documents with Armstrong Archives, you can contact us with a specific document or set of documents you need online, and we will immediately scan them. You will be able to access them online or on a CD or flash drive.
Document Destruction
For several reasons, you may reach a point where you need to securely destroy documents. We have the necessary means to destroy paper documents and records, computer tapes, CD’s, and hard drives. After we destroy it, we can send you a Certification of Destruction as proof that we destroyed everything as requested.
On Demand Distribution
We can deliver any requested documents, files, supplies, and products on demand. You don’t need to visit our site because we come to you.
Offsite Storage
Armstrong Archives offers offsite storage. Few people have space to store all their documentation; if you store your files with us, we can scan or deliver them to you on demand. We will take care of indexing and organizing. We can also take on the project of scanning all your files and digitizing them, so you do not need to spend any time and energy on this tedious task.
Our storage buildings are all equipped with advanced security, so you do not need to worry about anyone accessing your information. You can also choose to store your files in a climate-controlled storage room if you so desire.
Contact Armstrong Archives for a secure place to store your files or an easy way to digitize them.
