Whether we are providing you with document storage or document shredding services, at any time after the 90 days, you may end or extend your business with us. We accept most forms of payment, including checks and major credit cards.

Gain instant access to your electronic files anywhere, anytime. Our system is safe, secure and easy to use. Web-based access allows clients to manage their inventory of files and boxes remotely, as they wish. This puts clients in much greater control of their records than when they are managed in-house. Only $100 storage minimum, NO service minimum.
Don’t pay for more than you need to! We won’t charge you for any unnecessary service fees. At any time you can increase your storage needs and we will alter your payments accordingly.
Free reports.
Request a free report whenever you wish. We’ll inform you of any changes that have been made to your account, once archived files have reached the end of their life-cycle and require paper shredding, as well as your standard fees for the month.
NO hidden fees (Admin fee, Fuel surcharge, etc).
Our document storage, scanning and shredding solutions ensure there are no hidden costs. You only pay for the space you need and you have full control over managing your archived information.
All trip charges are “round trip”, not each way.
Again, we will never charge you more than our agreed upon amount. Round trip fees are much more manageable, and ultimately save our clients money.
