1. All charges are flat rate.
We always charge by the item, not by cubic foot. This means we DO NOT take your boxes and multiply them by a cubic foot rate and then multiply by the rate quoted, making our prices some of the most cost-effective in the business. Armstrong lets you store more for less.
2. Our contract terms are flexible.
What’s just as valuable as your money? Your time. We’re not going to waste any of it: we offer an initial 90-day contract, and month-to-month contracts after that. You’ll never have to worry about being locked into a contract that doesn’t work for your business.
3. Free secured Internet access to your inventory.
With our secure web-based inventory system, you can access your inventory and indexed items from anywhere with an internet connection. This is an easy and convenient way to send in your requests 24/7. Inventory reports are also available online to view your entire inventory for printing or to save on your personal computer.
4. One central warehouse location.
We store all of your files, documents and product in a single Dallas warehouse location, which is also where we perform other services like scanning and shredding. Storing everything in a single location means increased security, faster inventory recovery and lower operational costs.
5. No automated answering system.
We might be a growing company, but you’ll always get the small-business experience with us, when it comes to customer service. When you call us, typically no wait and no aggravating automated system. You’ll speak with a warm, friendly representative who is more than happy to help you with everything you need.

In addition to keeping up with your inventory over our online management system, you can request a free report from Armstrong Archives whenever you need an update. The report can contain a variety of information such as changes made to your account, files that are ready to shred or a copy of your invoice.
9. No hidden fees.
The fee you agree to in your monthly contract is what you pay: we’ll never hit you with predatory extra charges for administration, fuel or other services that other storage companies might try to charge you.
10. All trip charges are per round trip.
Not only do we save you money on storing your inventory, but we also save you money on transporting your inventory to and from our facility. By charging per round trip instead of per individual trip, we make your transportation fees much more manageable and take care of all of your needs for pickup, delivery, and supplies in one trip.
