Many of us are working from home right now. If that involves handling personal or financial information for your company, clients, or employees, you could have a data security issue on your hands. As you and your employees adjust to this “new normal,” you cannot afford to compromise the security of the information that your people handle each day.

So what are you and your employees doing with sensitive documents handled at home? Throwing it out with the trash? Putting it at the curb with the household recycling? None of these are acceptable methods of disposal and they certainly don’t comply with laws such as HIPAAFACTAGramm Leach Bliley and other regulations designed to protect personal information.

Secure Work-from-Home Document Destruction

Defender container

To address the concerns of safe document destruction in these unprecedented times, Armstrong Archives is offering a new home data security solution.  When you partner with us for your secure document shredding, each of your employees will receive “the Defender,” a secure deskside collection container for papers that are to be destroyed. This small, desk-sized collection container is perfect for the home workstation, yet is locked and completely secure.

Just like our full-size office document collection containers, once a document is placed inside the Defender, it cannot be removed until it is back at Armstrong Archives for shredding.  Just like our office shredding service, you can schedule routine pickups at your preferred frequency.

Contact us today for pricing and to schedule home. But hurry!  Home document shredding accounts established by July 31, 2020 will receive a 15% discount for the first three months of service!  Call (972) 914-2618.
