Document Scanning

Document Scanning

Document Scanning can help Record Management in  a number of ways. Though computers are a mainstay at most companies, studies show 80 percent of all business information is still paper based.  Armstrong Archives Records Management can help you bring new efficiency to your operations by converting hard-copy files to images with our Document Scanning Solutions.

Rather than digging through mounds of paper when you need information, we give you anytime, anywhere access to your most critical business data. You’ll be able to radically improve response times and to reap the efficiencies of electronic records – without having to invest in a costly new infrastructure.

The Armstrong Archives Records Management team offers a variety of Document Imaging Solutions.

Service Bureau Solution Our team is available to handle all aspects of your imaging program, including picking up documents from your office, scanning and indexing them, and storing them in our highly secure data center for ready access.  You’ll be able to retrieve images readily over the Web; we can save them to CD or DVD for your use.

Scan on Demand Solution. If you store hard copies of important business records with Armstrong Archives Records Management, we can scan documents on demand as you need them.  Once images are in electronic form, we provide Web access, or save them to a CD, DVD, or Flash drive.

Regardless the solution you choose, images stored on our premises are housed in our SAS 70 Type II audited data center.  For maximum protection, we not only mirror scanned images, but also back them up to tape for storage in an offsite vault.   Each file is easily traceable for compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, HIPPA and other government regulations governing the privacy and protection of information.
